Day01,Arrival in Beijing
After your flight arrives at Beijing, and you have claimed your luggage and cleared customs, you will find our local guide at the exit. The guide will accompany you to your hotel where you will check in. overnight in Beijing

Day02, Beijing,Sightseeing
Your first stop will be Tiananmen Square. The majestic surrounding buildings, such as the Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, the Museum of the Chinese Revolution, along with Tiananmen Gate which was built in the Ming Dynasty constitute this majestic square; a spectacular city site. Next we will take you to explore the marvelous Forbidden City. Located in the city center, it is an excellent and unique masterpiece of ancient architecture that shows the wisdom and technical ingenuity of the ancient people. Then extend your journey to the Temple of Heaven, which is the largest existing imperial altar in China. As well as enjoying the splendid architecture, you will also find local residents singing, dancing and reading in the park, which will offer you an opportunity to observe the ordinary people's life here. In the evening, a fabulous Chinese Kung Fu Performance will be arranged for you to round off the whole day's visit.

Day03, Beijing,Sightseeing
Today, we will visit the Great Wall.this extraordinary project in human history afer a short visit to a jade factory. Standing on the wall and appreciating its snaking path along the mountain ridges will certainly bring you unique feelings. After that, continue your trip to visit the Sacred Way. The vividly decorated stone statues standing along both sides of the Sacred Way are mainly for decorative purposes, symbolizing the power of emperors before their death. On the way back to the city, we will pass the Bird's Nest Stadium and you will have a short stop nearby to take some photos.

Day04, Beijing - Xian
After checking out of the hotel, our guide will pick you up and take you to visit the world famous Summer Palace and then a pearl store. Built in 1750, it encompasses the elite of the Chinese traditional art of garden building. Artfully making use of the surrounding mountains and lakes, the Summer Palace not only represents a resplendent imperial garden, but also reflects the exquisite beauty of nature. Afterwards, you will take a Hutong tour. Hutong is an alleyway, which has a history as long as Beijing city. Courtyards with gray bricks in the narrow residential alleys will give you a great impression of old Beijing. Late in the afternoon, you will head for Xian by air. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you and then drive you to the hotel.

The morning schedule will be your visit to the Terracotta Army, which is famous for its incredible art skill and its tremendous scale, and then a pottery-making factory. In 1974, the army of terracotta warriors was discovered by local villagers when they were drilling a well. After a series of excavations by archeologists, this amazing hidden treasure was finally revealed to the world. This discovery not only made Chinese people proud of their forefathers, but amazed the whole world. After lunch, you are going to visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, an ancient Buddhist tower, was built more than 1,300 years ago and now it still stands there elegantly. In this spot, you can also visit the newly built Xian Museum. This evening, you will taste a delicious Dumpling Dinner and appreciate the classic Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Performance.

Day06, Xian,Sightseeing
You will spend the whole morning visiting the City Wall and the Provincial History Museum. The City Wall is the fortification of Xian city, built in the Ming Dynasty, a real ancient ruin. Having fun on the City Wall is very easy. Just hire a bike, ride around the old city wall and laugh all the way and return the bike until you get exhausted. After winding around several alleys, we will lead you to the Great Mosque. It has a beautiful architecture with a very Chinese appearance, unlike other mosques. The highlight afterwards is coming out the mosque and wandering around the market. There are a lot of interesting knickknacks and traditional local snacks for you to sample.

Day07, Xian - Chengdu
This morning, you will take a flight to Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province, a place with beautiful natural scenery and famous culinary art. Our guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Your first visit in Chengdu is Sichuan Museum. Here you will get general information about the history and culture of Sichuan Province.

Day08, Chengdu,Sightseeing
Chengdu is the home of giant pandas. This morning we will take you to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where you will see how staff feed pandas with bamboo, many pandas playing together and if lucky, you will also see new-born panda babies.After that, we will move on to the Jinsha Site Museum, where archaeological relics and findings dating back to the 16th century B.C are displayed. Then our guide will escort you to explore the Broad and Narrow Alleys of Chengdu. Then, you will visit the Wuhou Temple and the Jinli Street street.

Day09, Chengdu - Lhasa
This morning, you will fly from Chengdu to Lhasa, called the City of Sunlight due to its plateau mountain climate. In order to conserve your energy, you are advised to have a good rest after checking in at the hotel and avoid physical activity for the rest of the day.

Day10 Lhasa,Sightseeing
Today, we are going to visit Norbulinka Park. As the largest man-made garden in the plateau, it is famous for its elegant environment, special architectural style, and exquisite decoration. Your next stop will be the Sera Monastery. There are tens of thousands of statues of Buddha remaining in the temple. Some of them were collected from India or other parts of China. The most distinctive activity in the temple is sutra debating, which is a way of discussing and learning Buddhism among lamas, and it is quite special and impressive. Then you will visit a local family home.

Day11, Lhasa,Sightseeing
After breakfast, you are scheduled to visit the grandiose Potala Palace. Known as the pearl at the roof of the world, it is not only the landmark of the Plateau, but also an exquisite museum of architectural and Buddhist art. The palace was originally built in memory of Princess Wencheng, who was a princess of the Tang Dynasty and married to a Tibetan King in 7th Century, and later rebuilt in the 17th century by the fifth Dalai Lama. Now it represents Tibetan architectural art. In the afternoon, you will pay a visit to the Jokhang Temple, which was built in 647 by the king - Songzan Ganbu - to commemorate his marriage to his first wife. Combining the architectural style of Tibet, Tang, Nepal and India, Jokhang Temple is considered an excellent example of local religious buildings. Next, our guide will lead you to Gyangjian Tangka Art Store and then visit Barkhor Street. It is the most completely preserved street there and retains the original Tibetan style. Before going back to the hotel, you will have a brief visit of the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital.

Day12, Lhasa - Shanghai
The last stop in Lhasa is Tibet Museum. After that, you will be taken to the airport for a flight to Shanghai. Our guide will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the reserved hotel for checking in.overnight in shanghai

Day13, Shanghai
Shanghai Museum is a beautiful site with modern interior and exterior, and with excellent, well organized displays covering ancient Chinese bronze pieces, paintings, ceramics, ethnic minority arts and crafts, and even ancient Chinese currencies. After seeing so many antiques, we will transfer you to Yuyuan Garden, a beautiful garden with a history of more than 400 years. Every bridge, hall, pavilion, pond, rockery in the garden have its own personality. After that we will go to a silk shop. In the afternoon, you will have a leisurely exploration of the Bund, Nanjing Road and an ancient cultural street. Take an hour or so to walk around the Bund and see the beautiful different style buildings along one side, and big or small boats traveling along the Huangpu River. It is a must to see this great view in Shanghai.

Day14, Departure from Shanghai
As it is the last day of your vacation, after having breakfast at the hotel you will need to prepare for your departure flight. You can take a taxi to Pudong airport,end the tour.
